[NO ACTION NEEDED] Release Notes v2025.07.1 – Published Meta-Navigation, Contact card and Quote Element rework
Dear colleagues,
Today, a new TYPO3 release will be rolled out across all websites. In addition to a TYPO3 security update, the following changes will be implemented:
Security Adjustments
- Default Sender Address: As mentioned in the previous update, we have now set a default sender address for all form finishers. This ensures that all emails will be delivered to you reliably. Additionally, the sender’s name will now display your company name. The fields for sender address and sender name have been disabled in the form editor.
Removed Feature
- Deprecated FAQ Element: The content element for the old FAQ feature has been removed. No content pages will be deleted—only the element itself.
Usability Enhancements
- Meta Navigation: The meta navigation configuration is now enabled for all websites. If you wish to use it, a detailed guide is available on brand.aco.
- Quote Element – Light Version: The Quote content element can now be displayed in light blue. This option is available in the Layout dropdown within the element.
- Contact Card: The contact card (formerly: ACO Contact:Contact) has been updated. It is now available on all websites and will be displayed according to the base theme selected in the page properties.
- Single & Multiselect Dropdowns: The functionality of single and multiselect dropdowns has been improved. Users can now search for relevant options using an input fie
Bug Fixes
- Search Suggest: The search suggest feature did not appear on the results page. This issue has now been resolved.
- Focus Point Orientation: The orientation of the focus point within the application area was not working correctly. All orientations are now displayed properly.
- ACO Teaser Icon: The icon for the ACO Teaser element was not displaying correctly. It is now visible again.
- Removed “noodp” Tag from all websites. This Tag is not required anymore for search engines.
